No response from pepperfry and unable to solve my issues

I have placed an order of a wrought iron was decor piece.I recieved the piece on damaged condition and immediately reported the same with pictures uploaded. However, even after 15 days of my complaint no one has picked up the product and my refund is also sure to date. Each time a email I get an automated response that they are looking into the matter but then nothing happens. I fail to understand when amazon, Flipkart and other such websites are functioning so efficiently even during this pandemic why is pepperfry unable to process my request for a product which is not only damaged but also of indoor quality.NeNEVER User's recommendation: NEVER.
