No response from my center for days.

I cancelled my WaxPass online weeks ago, but continue to be charged. The manager of my location and I keep missing eachother's phone calls, but she knows the issue, so there's is no excuse. Now the location, for two days, although listed as "open" does not answer calls, nor do they return messages. I have emailed their corporate offices this morning and will see if I get any results. SO disappointed in this business. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE WAX PASSES OR PACKAGES FROM THIS COMPANY.
