No response from lowes

Bought table top patio heater at Lowes. Left in unopened box in garage. Finally open and assembled. Doesnt work. NO ONE can help. Store says we dont carry this anymore. Anything over 30 days tough luck. Lowes customer Serv said they will call still waiting. No idea who manuf is User's recommendation: Stay away from Lowe’s.
