No response from Hartmann regarding my faulty garment bag I purchased two months ago.

When I hang clothes in my new garment bag they come off the hangar. I have emailed Ask Hartmann at least five times to solve my problem. They just keep telling me they are sending my request to their Main Office. To date I have not received any answers and have only used my new garment bag once. I purchased it directly on line from Hartmanns. User's recommendation: Don’t buy the garment bag.
