No response from emails when I want to cancel order over *** customer service

I ordered a tuner and an egr delete I understand that back orders happen I love my tuner but I have not received the delete kit and I have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no response this company is unreliable to consumers stay clear from them and buy from someone reliable User's recommendation: Stay away.
