No response from ‘Contact Us’ page

I have purchased an LM980 on 11/18 and the unit stopped working two weeks ago (1/8/21). I contacted littermaid through their 'Contact Us' page for warranty service. I received an automated reply advising they have received my request and I have not heard back from them since (1/22/21). I emailed them back and also called their toll free number, and was transferred to - 1-80*-***-**** and could only leave a voicemail. So far - I'm not impressed with their customer service. User's recommendation: The product is a good product, IF it works. However, the litter trays are extremely thin and rip / tear easily.
