I contacted Advanced Bionutritionals on 3rd March regarding the Advanced Memory formula which did not work for me and wanted to return the product. I was given return instructions, which I followed and sent one sealed bottle and the other partly used via Australia Post on 10th March. I was given the tracking number. The tracking number notified me the package was received. I sent several email to ABN requesting for the refund and have not heard from them to this day. User's recommendation: Be wary of customer reviews.
