No response, do not answer phone, cust service number gets you no where

Need a replacement light globe for Harbor Breeze Mazon ceiling fan. Called Lowes. They said to buy a whole new fan since company does not have replacements. Called Harbor Breeze several times. Kept on hold with an announcement saying due to covid to call at another time. Called several times, put on hold for up to 30 minutes and still no one answered. This should be a simple thing. Then called the manufacturer. The told me to call Lowes or Harbor Breeze. What extremely poor customer service. Any suggestions? Thanks User's recommendation: don't buy anything from Harbor Breeze.
