No response and no way for a customer to get help when there is an account related problem

I created a Songtrust account and paid $100 for one song writer. I entered a custodial back account for direct deposit and the system said contact Songtrust. So far no response only to contact Payoneer , which also doesn't do anything . I feel I am in a remote land where there is no one to reach out to. For company that takes 15% in publishing and $100 per songwriter they should provide some level of service . I feel like after they take $100 , no body is there to help User's recommendation: Choose smoother publishing administrator.
