No response after payment taken

I was in contact with Great Directions via email re PRP hair treatments. Everything seemed legit and I had detailed responses so I went ahead and purchased one of their PRP special deal packs. Upon purchasing the pack online, I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone - phone numbers are engaged, emails never responded too. pack cost -$198 DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THESE PEOPLE - SCAM {{Redacted}}
