No Response after payment of shipping charges

I only paid shipping, but it was on a credit card, so I am notifying Chase of the situation. I can't get a response from the company. I can't believe that, with all of these complaints, they are still allowed to have a website and continue doing this to people. I knew it sounded too good to be true, but I thought they might really be trying to get their name out, and I have bought items from ebay for less, so figured I would give it a try. LESSON LEARNED!!! What goes around, comes around. Sounds like these people have a lot of bad karma coming their way.
