No response about my order

So I ordered a sweat vest bundle Danna I went to check to see the status of the delivery process. A customer service rep email me and told me that they did not have proof of my order. So I then screenshot and sent them a copy of the money they took out of my account. I also was not given my discounts for some reason it didn't apply and the lady customer service wasn't being very helpful. So I end up paying full price. Which I'm still waiting for a response come down to tell me that they have my order and is being shipped to me since they took money out of my account. Oh and by the way there is no Life customer service rep I can speak to. I need to know what's going on as soon as possible. This is ridiculous User's recommendation: I'm not the purchase anything.
