No response!!

I am having trouble using a gift card online and this business has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. I would recommend NOT taking a risk on Charming Charlie gift cards. User's recommendation: Don’t buy their gift cards. If they don’t work when making an online purchase there is NO assistance available.
