No responce to complain for no confirmation message against return. the product.

I sent a mail 2 days ago regarding to no confirmation message for return the product. I requested return but no confirmation. I did not get a reply for that. I have very bad experience with AJIO. I sent mails but they did not read my mails.. They kept sending auto messages or no answer. I do hope Myntra will give me proper reply. And I tried to call them but always machine answers. I can not communicate with human beings.
