There was an additional tuition payment made by accident whether it was a computer glitch or whether it was my mistake facts refuses to cancel the next month payment. One payment is for Oct & one for Nov. They said they can't do anything about it. Apparently once you hit submit whether it's an accident or on purpose they immediately contact the federal reserve's for payment and there is no way to correct the problem. And this age of technology I find that very difficult to believe.
