No reponse from Jardinitis customer service team.

In reference to you e-mail the following: That is precisely the problem. The messages arrive but are not responded to. I don't understand that such a website can exist with such poor customer service. At least respond to emails from customers, provided there are good intentions. Sorry, sometimes I don't have that feeling. @PissedConsumer What is your role on this matter?
