No reply to voice messages to make payment

I have left multiple messages and today I emailed the company and faxed the company. I paid my bill two months ago, but did not get a receipt. Now I am attempting to reach anyone and its like a ghost town. I am attempting to call the HR to find out who runs the collections department. Guess what No Answer. User's recommendation: Never had a problem.
