No reply to my letters

Thank you for your reply to my claim which, judging by the amount of customer complaints on your website, I was not surprised to hear I had been turned down. In the leaflets given to me by GM2000 it does not state that prior authorisation of work needs to be given for the claim to be valid. This would have meant me not being able to drive my car as it failed the MOT until you authorised the claim. I now feel that I have been completely conned by your organisation and thank God I didn’t extend my warranty with your sales advisor last week. Before my MOT next year perhaps you could forward the terms of condition so I know what you require, as obviously the leaflet I have is about as useful as toilet paper!
