Me and my family from Brazil went to the park to spend the New Years Eve. While we were there, my mother (64yo) had an accident at the moving walkway (very poorly signaled) on the Snow Mountain attraction, around 3:30pm. The first help that came from the park I really appreciated, they were very kind and supportive, but when the first aid team came, one of them started to make many questions and I started to answer once my mom doesn't speaks English. My understanding was 100% but my speaking is not that good, added to the fact that I was crying and nervous, I felt difficult to explain exactly what she was feeling, this guy started to laugh and mock with the others like we weren't next him, instead effectively helps, it makes me feel really upset and disappointed. We spent around 2 hours over there and had to leave the park to take my mother to the hospital and, since me and my family couldn’t enjoy our day at the park, we required the refund of the tickets, was suppose to be a happy and enjoyable day but everything went wrong! They didn't give us the refund and even a simple answer, again Stone Mountain showing us that they don't care about tourists/consumers.
