No replacement rollers available for the sliding screens

Called customer service per the number Lowes gave me,,,,, Woman who answered very rude and basically told me I was out of luck on finding replacement parts,,,, Contacted via Facebook and was told not a replaceable item,,, so no service at all on the screens and I am stuck having to pay $62 for a new door at Lowes,,,,, Buyer beware, You should not have to replace an entire screen for something that other manufactures have replacements available for less than $20,,,, I was told Atrium only warranted the screen doors for 30 days,,,, how proud of them,,,, So consider all the options when deciding who's doors and windows you are going to buy,,,, I will not buy there's again,,,,
