No replacement for stolen or lost packages

My delivery was stolen from my front porch. I made a police report and I have security footage with the guy taking it. I contacted Fuller and their response was, sorry there is nothing we can do. They suggested I place another order with them. Laughable User's recommendation: Be careful with this company.
