We booked a cruise in Dec. of 2019 which Royal Caribbean cancelled in 2020. We traded that for a cruise in 2020. We sent RC another $500 for an upgrade to a balcony. RC cancelled that cruise, but did return the $500 upgrade on Oct. 15, 2020. They did not return the money for the first cruise which they withdrew on Dec.26, 1919.RC cancelled the cruises, however it is obvious they do not intend to return money for cruises they cancel. I was removed from a Royal Caribbean blog for posting this. The return refund has been nearly a year delayed. User's recommendation: Recommendation - Are you certain you're booking a cruise, or are you booking a FCC with a limited termination time?
