You are stealing from me your customer service has done nothing but make me frustrated. Customer service is horrible especially in the Philippines. They have yet to refund me money and every time I call to see why I havent received my money, they tack on another 7 to 10 business days. User's recommendation: Avoid thebay.com at all costs. Orders get mixed up, names get mixed up, orders get lost. If you have to return something, be prepared to having to regularly call to follow up on I your refund.
