We needed an RV for living in due to job transfer. Called this place to see pricing on a unit. That unit wasnt available , but they had another just come in. At that time i said id get back with them. I received a call next day and was told he had received other offers and was about to make a return call to person wanting the unit. He said if I wanted it to send a $ 500.00 deposit that would hold it. I sent the deposit and got pictures of it. I then returned a call and told him that the unit was too small since we have 2 teen boys and to send a refund please. Thats when i was told there would be No Refund. He said that they spent thousands getting unit ready. When I asked why they would put such large money on a trailor that was valued at $6000. He just told me to have a great day. After calling numerous times I finally sent text and again was told they were keeping the money and nothing i could do about it.
