No Refund of Money from Praudigy Hearing Clinics

On April 2, 2008 I purchased and paid $3,800 for hearing aids from Praudigy Hearing Clinics, a subsidiary of Harris Hearing Centers. They operate out of CVS/pharmacy locations. I returned the hearing aids on April 7, 2008 explaining that they were far inferior to the hearing aids I currently owned. I simply could not hear normal conversation. Praudigy advertises "60% off our top of the line digital hearing aids" which would mean the msrp is $9,500. They were the worst hearing aids I have ever tried and I own 4 pair. I have made numerous requests in writing asking for my refund. Praudigy promised to refund my $3,800 but so far no refund. My last written request made on June 12, 2008 has not been answered. Buyers beware: I am a licensed attorney getting nowhere. Ordinary citizen has no chance. Charles Kairys
