No refund of funds

I purchased 2 tickets for travel to Dublin on August 2020. When all flights were cancelled I asked for a refund. The airline originally issued a voucher but on persisting issued a refund back to the agency. I have provided copies of refund from UA to the agency and spoken to several agents and copied CEO of the company but of no avail. They dont want to pay out User's recommendation: lesson learnt after a loss of $1800.00 . DO NOT DEAL with them.
