No refund, no contact after requests for refund

I sent them 35$ almost two months ago, realized I couldn't print the form, and have been repeatedly attempting contact and refund....no response...please shut these scammers down. User's recommendation: NEVER use them....i also saw online they are now attempting to sell the company! Or is that a scam too?
