no refund may be possible once one has used the service to download something

It appears that the Usenet.nl contract states that one must return any "performance" received to be able to cancel (even during the "so-called" free trial). As there is no conceivable way for one to "return performance, " no refund may be possible once one has used the service to download something. Also, irrespective that Usenet.nl apparently offers a monthly service option, it is not available when first signing up! One MUST initially sign up for their so-called "free trial, " by which one automatically agrees to pay for the Usenet.nl one year service plan "in full, " immediately upon expiration of the free trial if not first canceled (the cancellation of which, as previously stated, may not be possible)!!!
