No refund issued for cancellation

Update by user May 06, 2020 May 2020 update: after filing a complaint with the US department of Transportation in April, I received an email from Lufthansa saying, basically, sorry we haven’t refunded you but we’re still not refunding you because we’re oh-so-busy with other stuff.Seven weeks after my initial email to Lufthansa, I received an email from it’s customer service basically saying the same: we’re busy and we’ll get to you when we can. Original review posted by user Apr 06, 2020 I bought, and cancelled, an international flight within 24 hours. Lufthansa website said refunds issued within 2-3 days. Been exactly 30 days & NO REFUND & NO COMMUNICATION from company. User's recommendation: Do not cancel a flight with Lufthansa or you’ll never see your money again.
