No refund for three

Update by user Jul 30, 2021 Poor Original review posted by user Jul 30, 2021 The reason why Im complaining is because I cancelled my flight three months ago And before I fly I cancel my flight and I called them to cancel but they told me that I cant get all my refund back and I pay Roughly £646 and they told me I cant get all the money back all I get is one of the £182 back and I will get it end the month but still now nothing I still dont get my money back but the customer service before always tell me that I will get it soon is in process but still now I never get even a penny back which really make me very sad because I will never use their company again. User's recommendation: Bad company.
