No refund for seat covers sent back within 30 days

seat covers purchased 7/22/20 I was not happy with them so I returned them. UPS verified there return on 9/17/2020 at 11:42 a.m. received Guteriez. As of this date 01/21/2021 I have not gotten a credit back on my card. I have sent emails to carcoverusa with no response back. I am out $276.99 plus $48.85 shipping now I have no refund and no seat covers !
