Rented a truck for a one-way move. Returned it early only to learn there was no refund. After contacting Penske, I was offered a reasonable refund for the time I did not use the truck. The customer service people I dealt with, Maddie and Joe, were very friendly. User's recommendation: READ, READ, READ your contract and know what to expect.
