No refund for returned items.

Return some items from my order - they were quite sleazy or the usual "made in China" size problem. Have made two calls in the last two months and was assured that I would get a call back each time. No calls, no refund. They acknowledge that they received the returned items within the time limitations. I feel so helpless and angry.
