No refund for civid 19 cancellation

We had to cancel reservation to Mexico scheduled in May due to Covid 19 and a stay at home order issued except for essential travel. Sun country refused to give refund. A voucher was only issued. The wedding which was scheduled for May has been rescheduled for October but Sun Country doesnt fly to Cancun in October. The only place they fly year round from Dallas is Las Vegas and we have no desire to use the vouchers for there. Basically we have lost our money. Will never fly Sun Country again. Very bad customer service User's recommendation: Do not fly Sun Country.
