No refund and I don’t trust them

I will never again buy from the company www.muraboutique.com.au. I have ordered dress with the jacket, but 10 days later and my order was sold out. They offered me two options: to get refund, to get 50% refund and free shipping for the next orders. I emailed them and asked to provide full refund. The rep told me that it would take 30 days to process the request and transfer refund. 30 days have passed several weeks ago, but they still haven’t refunded me. I don’t advise this place.
