No Refund after being told I would receive a refund

I purchased tickets for a baseball game that was scheduled for April. The game didn't happen due to Covid-19, so I reached out via phone and email to try to get a refund. It took them 2 months to get in contact with me via, just to tell me that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund until the team officially cancelled the game. Today, I received an email saying the game was officially cancelled and I would be issued a store credit. Naturally I was disappointed, and called to talk to someone on the phone. The customer service representative was incredibly rude over the phone, mansplained Covid-19 to me, and then told me a store credit was my only option. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND ever using this company. User's recommendation: DO NOT RECOMMEND.
