Hi there, My son (16) saved his paper round money and bought me a pair of shoes. They were not suitable & they were returned and received by MK 31/12 via tracked mail. He has still had no refund! After numerous email we continue to get the same response: due to Brexit & even though received in the UK it has to go via their EU warehouse and no timeline can be given as to when he will ever receive his money. I have no idea what to do and would be grateful for any help you can give!
