No refrigerator repair for 3 weeks and counting!

I have had two technicians and another on the way in a week in a half to address my lack of refrigerator. They know what is wrong (bad LG made compressor in a 2018 Sears Kenmore Elite) but we cant get AHS to send someone to replace it. We lost our entire refrigerator and freezer stocked with foods, even though we tried to save it with expensive dry ice for days. We are now entering our third week with no refrigerator. All calls are directed to a foreign call center. You CANNOT get a supervisor. User's recommendation: They do NOT stand behind their service. Their replacement policy is a joke. It is for a bare bones model, not something comparable to what you had.
