No recourse for incorrect product

Should have read reviews first. Process went well. Product received was missing glasses as requested and paid for. Unable to get response to fix issue. After reading reviews I doubt I will. Planning on disputing on my credit card to get my money back and certainly won't recommend to anyone. Will give as is to my son but very disappointed.
