I ordered the downloadable TurboTax from Walmart.com. I was sent the download and a license number. But the license number was not valid so I could not use the Turbo Tax. I attempted to contact Walmart to no avail. I filed a dispute with Citi card and they ended up siding with Walmart's no return policy. Seriously? no return on a fraudulent item! I will be closing my Citi card. What good is it to use a card for protection and not get any protection. I never had this problem with PayPal or any other credit card. User's recommendation: Don't get a Citicard.
