Update by user Aug 08, 2020 No response from Coldwater Creek, no return acknowledged, and no exchange items were sent to me. I filed a dispute with credit card company and they issued a credit pending their contact with Coldwater Creek. Have since learned that Coldwater is going out of business (again). Too bad such poor management killed the company. Original review posted by user Jul 09, 2020 returned 2 items that didn't fit on June 1st, using the return label provided with order. Coldwater Creek states they have not received it, although they can see the tracking order that it was picked up from USPS by shipping agent on June 3, 2020. Spoke to a CSR on June 24 who said they would file a claim with USPS and credit me, but has not been done. Have tried to reach them numerous times by phone since then, but have been on hold for up to 65 minutes and no rep ever answers. I will never order from this company again User's recommendation: AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
