I ordered a wheel bearing from this company through Amazon in Dec 2018 and in Jan 2019 I had to order a replacement part because the 1st one was defective. This part is under a 1 yr warranty no matter what. So, a few weeks ago the same part tore up again (still under warranty) but the company is wanting me to take my car to a mechanic (pay out of pocket) to get a statement supporting my claim. Why would I do that? They need to send me my replacement part for the 3rd time in less than a year.!
