No recipient and having to wait over 10 mins 4 food in car

Store number 149 time: 3:13:38 drive thru order 4 whataburger 3 with no cheese and no tomatoes, 4th lettuce and tomatoes. Cashier was Lexis, P paid 17.71 was given change of 3.00 as we paid with a 20.00 bill and .71 cents. Drove to 2nd window and were asked for recipient to which I replied "Wasn't given one just change. " Was told to drive over to waiting yellow area. I replied "Again ", told person at window this is going to cost a free diet Dr Pepper, which he replied "I can't do that Ms" so I replied "Well I'm going to report ur place". He replied "Go ahead" shut window.. User's recommendation: Do order at this location.
