Non receipt of convacation I have passed bca examination in the year 2017. But still now I have not yet received my degree convacation. Inspite of my several letter and emails to director, vice chancellor, controller of examintaions. They are not responding properly. I request to government of india to take a strick action against these universities who are playing the life of youth. This is my last try to get my convacation.
