Update by user Apr 30, 2021 After several emails I received a response. It was a technical issue that they were aware of and it should be resolved in 24 hrs.It is/was not. Problem still the same.Apparently the whole of The Netherlands has been blocked due to cyber security?!!However, never a warning, never an explanation.JPAY service sucks and their customer service is non existent. Original review posted by user Mar 31, 2021 Jpay no longer works (cannot load the website) in The Netherlands. By using a vpn I have some success. User's recommendation: Keep complaining.
