No question. Just wanted to give a thank you to an outstanding company rep.
Good day, I had a lot of trouble with my new Lexmark color laser printer . kept getting printer in error state message and was unable tom print a document. Finally contacted Canadian part of your company and they transferred me to your service rep. I want to state that this lady was very professional and of great help to solving my problem. At one point we were disconnected and she even called me back. My problem was solved and again I want to thank SALMA EL MOUSSAOUY- your rep.- for her patience , kindness and professionalism in helping solve my problem. An outstanding representative of your company. Just wanted to point this out, as I'm sure you get more nasty emails and calls and not so many complimentary emails. Hopefully you can pass this on to Salma and to the proper people . Yours truly Mike Kudzia
