No proper info given to the Receiver of the item

Hi Black Arrow, I'm so pissed on your service. Here's the status of my order on the first attempt of delivery no one texted or inform me that the item is on the way for delivery. No one called me to inform if I'm on the area to receive the item or not.Second attempt you already inform but no rider came and call receive that his on the way. Please fix your service.I already call your customer service.
