On Nov. 2, 2018, I ordered two rings from Christian Henriks, with the promise that they would email me when they shipped, and shipping would take place within 4 to 8 days. By Nov. 20 I heard nothing, no email and no rings so I emailed them and still have heard nothing. Granted, this is close to Thanksgiving and the office may be closed. However, one place I researched indicated this is a Canadian enterprise, they don't celebrate their Thanksgiving in November, like the US does, so that's no excuse. I'm calling my credit card company to see if something can be done there. I would encourage anyone not to buy from them. It appears to be a scam, which is a sad way to do business, preying on unsuspecting people just to make a buck. By way of proof, I have the original email from them for the confirmation order.
