It only takes one company to screw things up for every other company wanting to sell products on line. Currently they are SWreg and Xilisoft over 2 weeks ago now I purchased a converter program and to date have not received what I have paid for. The amount of emails and resubmitting I have done is stupid yet the companys in question can still send you stupid emails requesting you to buy more from them. The funniest thing yet is when you go to there order search site regardless of what you are asking they still want you credit card details. Understandable if you want a refund which I am after but am a bit skepitcal about giving my details a second time, dont you think that an order number would be enough for them to either give you that refund or the product you brought. By the way SWreg and Xilisoft my order number is u896788101 should someone in your company come across this website and find out what a pack of theives you are.
