Order placed in store December 5th, 2020. Today is March 24, 2021. No merchandise received. No communication from EA despite my efforts to reach out via Facebook and email to my design consultant. Customer Service is everything and these guys have zero clue about that. The time it takes to receive this cabinet, I probably could have had a custom piece made and delivered by now. User's recommendation: Don't trust their estimated delivery dates.
